ONLINE PROGRAMS -- TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview & Access

Upon enrolling and completing payment, you will receive access to:

  • Private instructional videos (unlisted YouTube links)

  • PDF, MP3, transcript, and lesson sheet downloads

  • Access to a private WhatsApp group

  • One physical copy of the “My Irish Step Dance Diary” shipped to the address provided

This program is for personal, individual use only and may not be shared or redistributed in any way.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the program — including video, written, and downloadable material — is the sole intellectual property of Step By Step Coaching.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing, reselling, or uploading any part of this program publicly

  • Giving access to others, including by distributing the YouTube video links

  • Using any program materials in other courses, teaching, or coaching

Violation will result in revoked access and may result in legal action.

 

3. Shipping & Physical Diary Terms

Each participant will receive one (1) copy of My Irish Step Dance Diary as part of the program.

Important Notes:

  • This includes only the Diary — not any extras that come with standalone purchases from the shop (stickers, downloads, coaching, etc.)

  • Your diary will be shipped using the shipping details provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your address is accurate.

  • We do not replace or refund diaries due to incorrect address entry by the customer.

  • If your package is returned due to customs non-payment, incorrect address, or failed delivery, you must cover any re-shipping costs.

International Orders:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and taxes imposed by your country.

  • We cannot predict or pay these fees for you — they are collected by your local customs office.

  • We currently do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Shipping Times:

  • U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • International orders can take 1–3 weeks depending on customs.

Shipping Provider: USPS or Pitney Bowes
Handling Fee: $3 per order

 

4. WhatsApp Group Conduct

You will receive an invitation to join a private WhatsApp group for support and connection.

Group Rules:

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect

  • No sharing of screenshots, names, or group content outside the group

  • Violations may result in removal from the group

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital materials and shipping of a physical product, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon checkout unless stated otherwise.
If your payment is declined, access to the program will not be granted.

If your payment is reversed or disputed without contacting us first, you will lose access to the program and may not be eligible for future purchases.

 

7. Program Disclaimer

This program is intended for educational and developmental purposes only.
It does not guarantee specific dance results, competition outcomes, or mental health improvements.

By participating, you agree:

  • You are responsible for your own actions and results

  • This is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

  • You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your well-being

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Step By Step Coaching and its representatives will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred from your use of the program.

 

9. Data Use, Cookies & Wix Hosting

This website is hosted on Wix. By using this site and enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and consent to:

  • Wix's use of cookies for site performance and analytics

  • Our collection of necessary personal information for program delivery (name, email, shipping address)

  • Our use of third-party services (e.g., YouTube, WhatsApp, USPS) to deliver parts of the program

We do not sell your data or share it outside what is required to deliver the program to you.
